By accessing or using The Jade Network website, community, or coaching program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
The Jade Network provides high-ticket sales coaching, training materials, community access, and placement support for women seeking remote closing roles. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions.
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer a performance commitment: if you attend all required sessions and have not booked at least 3 qualifying interviews within 90 days of finishing, we continue coaching you at no additional cost until you do.
You agree to use our community and program respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or sharing of confidential program materials is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
All program materials, videos, scripts, and resources are owned by The Jade Network and are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them.
The Jade Network is not responsible for any specific income, job placement, or business outcome. Coaching provides education and support; your results are your own.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
