1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using The Jade Network website, community, or coaching program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Program description

The Jade Network 6-Week Remote Sales Accelerator is a training program for women. It includes 12 live founder-led sessions over six weeks, 90 role play reps, a scored Final Exam, the Jade Network Remote Sales Certification, a recorded sales audition, and 90 days of career support after graduation. Career support means coaching, interview preparation, and introductions where we have the relationship. It is not job placement. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions.

3. The Jade Action-Back Guarantee™

The Jade Action-Back Guarantee™ is a coaching continuation. It is not a refund, not an income guarantee, and not a guarantee of employment.

To qualify you must:

• Complete all 90 required reps.
• Pass the graduation assessment, the Final Exam, at 80 out of 100 or better.
• Complete the required applications, outreach, follow ups, interview prep, and coaching actions during the 90 day period.

If you do all of that and have not received 3 qualifying interviews within 90 days of graduating, you can continue attending the designated group coaching and career support calls at no additional cost until you reach 3, as long as you keep completing the required actions.

A qualifying interview is a real interview with a legitimate company for a salaried or commission based sales position that meets the standards of the program. It does not include recruiter spam, MLM opportunities, commission only opportunities with no legitimate offer or company behind them, or an automated first screening.

4. Payment and refunds

• Payments are processed by Commas (commas.com). We do not see or store your full card number.
• The price is shown at checkout. If you choose a payment plan at checkout, you agree to make every scheduled payment.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including if you stop attending, miss sessions, or do not finish the program.
• The Jade Action-Back Guarantee™ in section 3 is the only guarantee we offer. It is continued coaching, not a refund.

5. User conduct

You agree to use our community and program respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or sharing of confidential program materials is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All program materials, videos, scripts, and resources are owned by Avaia Ventures LLC, doing business as The Jade Network, and are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce them.

7. Limitation of liability

The Jade Network is not responsible for any specific income, job placement, or business outcome. Coaching provides education and support; your results are your own.

8. Text messaging terms

When you check the SMS consent box on our application form, live training registration form, or contact form, you agree to receive text messages from The Jade Network at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of applying or of any purchase.

• Message types: training reminders, application and call updates, cohort logistics, replies to your questions, and offers from The Jade Network.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
