The Jade Network is operated by Avaia Ventures LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you control it.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and application responses when you apply for The Jade Network program, contact us, or join our community. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, through analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to review your application, schedule and confirm your call, communicate with you about the program, deliver coaching services, and improve what we offer.

3. Text messaging and mobile information

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our application form, live training registration form, or contact form, you agree to receive text messages from The Jade Network at that number about training reminders, application and call updates, cohort logistics, replies to your questions, and offers from The Jade Network. Each consent box starts unchecked. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of applying or of purchasing anything from us.

Mobile numbers collected through these forms are used only for the messages you agreed to receive. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also email hello@thejadenetwork.com or call (806) 304-5022 to be removed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep a record of your consent, including the exact wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed, so we can honor and verify it.

4. Advertising and analytics

The Meta pixel loads on every page of this site. It sets cookies and reports page views and actions such as registering for the training or submitting an application. Our server also sends the same conversion events directly to Meta so the reporting stays accurate when a browser blocks the pixel.

What goes to Meta: your email address in hashed form, which cannot be read back as plain text, the Meta browser cookies (_fbp and _fbc), your IP address, your browser type, and the page you were on. We do not send your name to Meta. We use this to measure which ads bring women to the program and to show ads to people like you.

We also use Google Analytics to count page views and understand how people move through the site.

You can opt out of interest based ads in your Meta ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences, or through the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

5. Email we send

We keep two email lists. The first is live training registrations, which receive the join link, reminders, and follow up about the program. The second is the jobs list, which receives updates about new remote sales roles added to our job board.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all Jade Network emails. You can also email hello@thejadenetwork.com and we will remove you.

6. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the advertising and analytics described above, we share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, under confidentiality obligations and only so they can perform that service for us. These include our customer relationship platform (HighLevel), our messaging carrier (Twilio), our payment processor (Commas), our email and scheduling tools, our database host, and our analytics providers. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing purposes.

7. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
