Two sisters. Both D1 athletes. One went pro, the other closed her way into Plaid.

Lara won a national championship at Pepperdine and played pro beach volleyball around the world. Skylar was a Gatorade Player of the Year, started at UCLA, then transferred to Penn State and won an NCAA National Championship. After athletics she worked in real estate finance, then spent two years at Plaid. They have closed, coached, and hired. Now they teach every session of The Jade Network themselves.

The athlete who ran the sales floor

Lara Dykstra

National champion, pro beach volleyball, then sales leadership

Lara learned to perform under pressure as an elite athlete. She started her Division I career at Nebraska, then won an AVCA National Championship and became a 2X All-American at Pepperdine. She went pro on the FIVB World Tour and AVP and won international gold medals.

That same focus on reading people and staying calm under pressure carried into sales. She closed high-ticket offers at Spark Networks, ran the premium matchmaking sales team, and later led sales and coaching at Nuovo Photography. She built The Jade Network to teach women the same loop she lived: film the rep, get coached, do it again.

The champion who helps you turn experience into income

Skylar Dykstra

Gatorade Player of the Year, UCLA, Penn State champion, then fintech and sales

Skylar has competed at an elite level her whole life. She was a Gatorade Player of the Year, started at UCLA, then transferred to Penn State and won an NCAA National Championship.

After athletics she worked in real estate finance, then spent two years at Plaid as an SMB Account Executive. From there she moved into high-ticket sales and go-to-market recruiting, placing people in sales roles at Series A, B, and C companies.

At The Jade Network, Skylar helps women understand their value, position themselves, and step into higher-paying roles. Lara teaches you how to sell. Skylar helps you turn that skill into a career.

The program came out of one long phone call

We kept watching how sales is taught online. Recorded videos, a noisy group chat, and women who finished every module but never ran a call out loud.

The gap was never information. It was reps. Lara got good by being filmed and corrected. Skylar got good by making calls and getting notes. The same thing works for you.

So we built the program we would have paid for. Small pods, women only, filmed reps every week, and a voice note back from one of us on your actual call.

Cohorts stay small because that is the only way this works. Do the work and still have no interviews, and we keep coaching you. That is not a marketing line. It is the deal.
