Years old

Where she started

At 18 she was trying to work out what came next without signing herself up for the university to nine to five path. Zero high ticket sales experience, no corporate resume, no years to fall back on.

What we worked on

We positioned her around what she could do instead of apologising for what she had not done yet. A targeted job search, real interview practice, and a short list of opportunities where she could actually be known instead of mass applying.

What it added up to

She took on both setting and closing, and helped spearhead the company's new offer at 18 years old.

To her offer

Where she started

A stable corporate job, roughly 45 hours a week, around $2,800 a month. On paper she was fine. She could already see the ceiling, and working harder was not moving the paycheck.

What we worked on

We found roles where performance, not tenure, sets your income. We tightened her positioning, practised interviews, and worked out how to speak about transferable skills with no high ticket background.

What it added up to

She advanced to 3 final rounds, took a remote sales offer, earned about $4,200 in her first full month, and hit her first $6,500 month by month four.

Where she started

A mom with more than 10 years in B2B SaaS earning around $85,000 a year. Between commuting, meetings and a 50+ hour week, she was either working or recovering from work.

What we worked on

We identified which parts of her SaaS background translated straight into high ticket sales and repositioned her experience around those strengths. Not a beginner. Someone who already knew how to sell.

What it added up to

A fully remote role, her week down from 50+ hours to 35, and a 45 minute commute each way gone. At 43 she was not starting over, she was finally using what she had already built.

None of them had a high ticket resume.

They had transferable experience and someone who knew how to position it. That is the part we teach.

One physical business to offer in 14 days, $5k first month

20-25 hrs
A week

Where she started

She was already running a gym. Entrepreneurship had taught her to sell, lead and solve problems, but her income and attention were tied to one physical location.

What we worked on

Years of selling memberships, retaining clients and running a business had already given her what high ticket companies look for. We repositioned that experience and narrowed the search to roles she could run alongside the gym.

What it added up to

An offer after her second round interview, roughly $5,000 in her first month, working 20 to 25 hours a week, without giving up ownership of the gym.

Where she started

Years building a career as a content creator with income swinging between roughly $2,000 and $4,000 a month, every month depending on the next client. A rigid 40 to 50 hour job was not the answer either.

What we worked on

She completed the full cohort and used the Jade job board to find opportunities that fit her actual life. We translated her client, communication and audience work into sales language, then filtered roles by schedule and flexibility.

What it added up to

A fully remote role averaging around 25 hours a week, roughly $4,800 in her second month, and her content career still intact around motherhood.

Her monthly income

Where she started

At 23 and living in Spain, she knew she did not want her twenties dictated by an office and two weeks of vacation a year. No previous high ticket sales experience, around EUR 1,700 a month from part time and freelance work.

What we worked on

We rebuilt how she presented her experience, practised interviews, built a targeted outreach strategy, and worked through how to judge an offer on more than the headline number.

What it added up to

She reached 4 final rounds, took a role she could run remotely from Spain, and went from about EUR 1,700 to EUR 3,900 a month by month two.

Where she started

No impressive high ticket background. She had been a barista, a receptionist and an SDR making around $4,000 a month. She had the work ethic. She still had to learn how to interview for a closing seat and perform under real pressure.

What we worked on

I coached her through the interview process and into her first high ticket closing role. Then the actual skill: deeper discovery, call control, objection handling, and asking for the sale with conviction. A bad call was not proof she could not do this. It was film.

What it added up to

She did not need a different personality. She needed the right opportunity, better reps, and coaching that taught her how to perform.

Where she started

She already knew how to listen, build trust and make people feel taken care of. Those skills mattered, but supporting a client and leading a sales conversation are not the same thing. She was closing about 20% of her calls.

What we worked on

We got her to stop waiting for the prospect to lead. Stronger questions, longer discovery, clearer value, and authority held without losing her warmth. Not louder or pushier. Structure, certainty, and the ability to ask directly.

What it added up to

Her background was never the problem. She needed to turn skills she already had into sales performance she could repeat.

Where she started

Two years in sales and numbers that would not hold. A stronger week, then back down. She knew she could do the job, she just could not repeat the result, and if you cannot repeat it you do not own the skill yet.

What we worked on

We went back to the first moments of the call. Her opening, her tone, how fast she established warmth and authority. We stripped the habits that made her sound scripted and drilled the exact moments where she lost control.

What it added up to

She became one of the team's strongest appointment setters. Not another year of hoping experience would eventually make her better.

Close rate after

Where she started

Years of sales experience, smart, hardworking, good with people. Experience alone does not guarantee performance. She was closing about 13% of her high ticket calls and her income did not match her effort.

What we worked on

We did not throw out what she knew and hand her another script. We watched the calls and isolated the exact behaviours costing her sales. Stronger discovery, control of the conversation, and objections treated as part of the call instead of the end of it.

What it added up to

The potential was already there. What changed was her ability to execute. Reps over theory, evidence over emotion.

You are probably thinking they were special.

A barista. A receptionist. Someone in customer service. A gym owner. A content creator with two kids' school runs in her calendar. A 43 year old mom who wanted her evenings back.

Not one of them had a high ticket sales background when they started. What they had was reps, coaching on the actual call, and someone telling them the truth about what was costing them the sale.
